I was searching the web, looking for websites that LL.M. and J.D. students and applicants might use to gather information about U.S. law schools. LL.M. Roadmap always seeks to provide helpful information to law school applicants and law school students!

I came across a list of the "60 Essential Twitter Feeds for Law School Applicants", which appeared on the webpage of Onlinegollege.org.

Our website, www.LLMRoadMap.com, was on the list of "60 of the best Twitter feeds for aspiring law school students"! Check it out at this link!

Below is a reproduction of the list of 60 best law school Twitter feeds (in categories A - F). The seven categories are:  (A)  Top Law Schools; (B)  Best-Value Degrees; (C)  Online Law Degrees; (D)  LSAT Tips; (E)  Getting In; (F)  Legalese; (G)  A Day in the Life.

Check out the 60 essential Twitter links below!

Also, please follow @LLMRoadMap on Twitter!

Exhibit A:   Top Law Schools

If you want your law degree from the best of the best, follow these feeds from some of the top-ranked law schools in the country to find the university culture that fits you.
  1. Yale: The feed for this No. 1 law school connects you with legal news and campus events.*
  2. Harvard Law School: Harvard's feed is updated multiple times a day to link to articles and to publish achievements of law school students.
  3. stanfordlaw: Stanford's page wins the prize for most tweets per day for school-related news and beyond.
  4. Columbia Law School: @ColumbiaLaw spotlights Columbia's distinguished professors' news-making statements and works.
  5. UChicago School of Law: This feed connects you with school paper articles and some cool features like interviews with professors.
  6. NYU School of Law: NYU's feed keeps track of student news, as well as the goings-on in the world's biggest city and elsewhere.
  7. Michigan Law School: Michigan's tweets give off a feeling of a tight-knit community, with a good mix of hard news and fun posts.
  8. UVA Law School: Read up on UVA faculty and student body in the news, plus takes on Virginia politics that you may not otherwise come across.
  9. Cornell Law School: Tweets with news and views, with handy tidbits like letting you know when new trial rules come out and linking you to them.
  10. Duke Law School: It skews toward professor-related tweets, but that includes live Twitter Q&A sessions with profs.

Exhibit B:   Best-Value Degrees

These feeds are operated by the schools ranking in the top 20 for percentage of students who pass the bar and find a job, while keeping their law school debt low.
  1. GSU College of Law: In addition to school news, Georgia State tweets regularly about health law and charity events.
  2. FSU College of Law: Florida State doesn't have many followers compared to some colleges, but if you're interested in the school, follow it for articles like "My Experience in the Summer Program at FSU Law."
  3. UNC School of Law: UNC's Twitter feed has a fun, laid-back vibe while still being helpful to current and potential Tarheels.
  4. LSU Law Admissions: Find tweets mainly devoted to announcing events and highlighting students' scholarly (and athletic) achievements.
  5. Alabama Law School: @AlaLawSchool posts a healthy mix of event notices and hard and soft news, like the return of Quidditch to campus.
  6. Nebraska Law: It has a tiny following, but Nebraska is a great value school and this feed does a good job keeping students informed about campus news.
  7. Wisconsin Law School: Wisconsin uses its Twitter account for supporting worthy causes like toy drives and food drives, and the legal news is there, too.

  9. Arkansas Law School: Never miss a seminar or debate happening on the Arkansas Law campus by watching this feed.
  10. FIU College of Law: A nice feature of Florida International University's feed is the "Tune In" post, so you can catch FIU law profs dropping some knowledge on TV.
